The Award Winning Chain Runner has been designed to provide a safe, off the shelf solution to the cable management problems faced every day in the touring event industry. The Chain Runner is used to manage Power, Control, Audio and data cables associated with moving truss applications eliminating the necessity for very expensive spring driven cable reels and eradicating the Home Made Gizmos that abound in the industry.
The Chain Runner range is available to fit the Stagemaker and the majority of the other popular chain hoists used in the entertainment industry. The simplistic design makes it a simple change in the machining operation to manufacture the Chain Runner to fit any chain up to 8mm diameter.
The Chain Runner is simple to fix with no need to remove chain or hook from the chain hoist and no additional tooling is required, once fitted the Chain Runner cannot become disconnected from the chain whilst under load. By placing an adequate number of Chain Runners on the chain any attached cables will neatly and safely loop in and out as the truss is moved.
